Cancer Benefit Programs

Government-Funded Cancer Compensation Programs

Mushroom cloud from a government-created explosion, causing generations of veterans to apply for compensation for being exposed to radiation.

The U.S. Congress has authorized and funded several programs that aim to deliver compensation to American veterans who were exposed to government-created radiation and other chemicals, and consequently were diagnosed with cancer.

At the National Cancer Benefits Center, we monitor these government-funded compensation programs and assist our clients with submitting their claims. Find out more about each of these programs, and see whether you qualify:

  • Downwinders®
  • Atomic Veterans®
  • Uranium Workers
  • Nevada Test Site Workers
  • Department of Energy Workers

If you’ve been exposed to government-created radiation and have a claim to one of the U.S. government’s cancer compensation programs, let us help you get the money you deserve – now. Call the National Cancer Benefits Center at (800) 414-4328 or use our convenient online form to request more information.
